Luke Rose Jewellery is exclusively available online. Luke Rose is no longer available at independent retailers in an effort to reduce overheads and waste. This also enables us to keep our jewellery competitively priced. However, clients are welcome to book an appointment to view jewellery or design a bespoke piece from Luke’s studio in Surry Hills, Sydney. Luke Rose only uses solid gold, sterling silver and platinum. None of Luke Rose’s jewellery is plated as we believe in producing beautiful pieces that are made to treasure forever.
Luke Rose produces jewellery that is designed to last through the generations therefore all our fine chains are made from 14ct gold which far more durable than 9ct and 10ct chains. Due to their lower gold content, the tiny solder points in 9ct and 10ct chains can become brittle over time from the acid in your sweat. However, to keep our pieces affordable we use 9ct gold for our clasps and pendants.
Yes. Luke worked on a commission-only basis for many years in London and specialised in creating beautiful bespoke engagement rings. He has won a number of prestigious awards for his innovative designs. Please contact us if you would like Luke to create something unique for you.

All Luke Rose solid yellow and rose gold jewellery will come with a branded gold cloth. This can be used to gently rub your jewellery to bring back it's shine. We also recommend cleaning your gold jewellery with a soft brush and mild detergent or ammonia solution, making sure to rinse and dry the jewellery thoroughly afterwards.
We recommend you store your jewellery in it's original Luke Rose packaging when not being worn. This will protect it from getting scratched and will prevent necklaces and bracelets becoming tangled or knotted.
Yes! every piece of Luke Rose Jewellery comes in a beautiful black and gold branded box with a unique pull out drawer. You will also receive a luxury, branded gifting bag with black ribbon fastening.
Yes. Luke Rose covers the cost of reasonable repairs under normal wear for the first six months after purchase. If a piece shows signs of improper care or is damaged in a way resulting from something other than normal wear, we will repair the piece at cost. An estimate of the repair will be given beforehand. After six months, we will repair pieces at cost.
Bespoke pieces are under a lifetime warranty for any product or manufacturing fault. Any necessary repair of bespoke pieces which is not considered to be the result of a product fault will be assessed on a case by case basis. We recommend annual servicing of our bespoke rings.
If any other jeweller undertakes work on one of Luke Rose’s pieces, including resizing or repairs, the warranty will be voided. We strongly recommend returning jewellery to Luke Rose, we do not take any responsibility for repairs or resizes undertaken by other jewellers. Resizing is at cost and is quoted on a case by case basis.

Yes, we currently ship to New Zealand, USA, UK, Ireland, Spain and Japan.
All jewellery is made by hand to order. Silver jewellery is usually shipped within 10 to 14 business days. Most gold jewellery is also shipped within 10 to 14 business days. These delivery times also apply to all ME & MY "Petite" and "BOLD" pieces as well as all Birthstone Abacus Necklaces. Fully bespoke pieces can take between 3 to 6 weeks.

All items at Luke Rose are made to order and handmade for you. Due to the items being considered custom, all goods sold are non-refundable, therefore refunds are not offered for change of mind. We can however offer exchanges or resizing.
The size and dimensions are provided in our product descriptions and we recommend looking over these to avoid disappointment – or have a chat with us before you buy.
